Spalter Hopfen GmbH is a traditional German hop supplier, strongly involved in food safety. It represents HVG Spalt e. G., an association of hop growers founded in 1953.

Type 90 Pellets

Most commonly hop products on the market. In P90 pellets, every 100 kg of hops produces 90 kg of pellets. That is, 10% of the vegetable matter (green part) is removed.

Type 45 pellets

P45 pellets are more concentrated than P90 pellets. With more lupulin in proportion to the vegetable matter. Which turns out to be better for beers that you want to add a lot of hops.
